Tendencias de otoño: ¿qué comprar y qué volver a usar?

¡Hola, mis amores! Después de un increíble fin de semana en la alberca y el calor, hoy regresé a la realidad y cuando fui a Clymb en la mañana, el frío —literalmente— me hizo darme cuenta de que estamos a nada de que termine el verano. La parte buena de mi lunes es que desde hace algunas semanas, estoy sacando todas cosas que estaban guardadas en mi clóset y que son perfectas para lo que yo llamo “moda entre temporadas”. Este término lo uso para referirme a esos días en los que hace frío en la mañana, calor a medio día y llueve en la tarde. ¿Les suenan familiares?

Hi my loves! After an amazing weekend by the poolside taking advantage of the sun and working on my tan, I am now back to reality and went to Clymb in the morning. The cold weather — literally — made me realize that we are nowhere near the end of the summer. The good part of my Monday is that I feel ready to wear all the fashion trends that come in between seasons.

Como estoy segura de que ustedes también sienten que el otoño/invierno está cerquita, les hice este post con las tendencias Fall 2019 (vistas en mis pasarelas favoritas) para que puedan darle nueva vida a esas prendas o accesorios que tienen guardados y hacer las mejores inversiones de ser necesario.

As Fall/Winter has always a way of sneaking in, I wrote this post with some of Fall’s 2019 trends (seen in some of my favorite runways) so that you can give new life to those pieces or accessories that are in your closet or make the best investments if necessary.

Moody Florals

Bye a los estampados florales de colores vivos, ¡hola a las flores con telas más oscuras o sobrias! ¿Se acuerdan de los desfiles en los que Paco Rabanne, Prada y Marc Jacobs recurrieron a las flores para innovar? ¡Llegó el momento de usarlas!

El uso de las pieles falsas va mucho más allá de esa chamarrita sin la que no pueden vivir. Les dejo la pasarela de Alexander McQueen de inspiración en la que proponen leather + leather. Si sienten que no es su estilo, apuesten por un par de pantalones de cuero sintético y algo liso arriba.

The use of fake leather goes far beyond that little jacket that you really love. Take a look at Alexander McQueen’s collection inspiration in which the brand proposes leather + leather. If you feel that it is not your style, you might want to try a pair of synthetic leather pants and something plain above.

Al igual que en verano y como les platiqué en el post pasado, todos esos trajes que literalmente te hacen sentir invencible, son atemporales. Diseñadores como Joseph Altuzarra o firmas como Proenza Schouler y Givenchy, los incluyeron en sus colecciones.

Like I told you on my last post and since we’re still in summer mood, suits just make us feel invincible and are also timeless. Designers like Joseph Altuzarra or even brands lime Proenza Schouler and Givenchy included them in their colections.

Sour Tones

Imposible olvidar la pasarela de Max Mara y sus looks monocromáticos. Ya sea que elijan un abrigo verde azulado o un top de seda de color fucsia, prepárense para alegrar su armario y despedirse del negro casi por completo.

Cozy Outerwear

Ya saben que soy fan de las nuevas tendencias y más si son cómodas. Lo mejor del otoño es salir a la calle en una parka con fur (artificial) o usar una chamarrita ligera pero calientita. Como han demostrado las colecciones de marcas como Burberry, la ropa amplia sigue en tendencia y lo mejor de esta es que la puedes llevar con algo ajustado abajo.

You know that I’m a big fan of new trends and even more if they are comfortable. The best thing about autumn is going outside in a parka with fur or to wear a light jacket that still keeps you warm. As the collections of brands such as Burberry have shown, wide clothing is still on trend and the best thing about this is that you can wear it with something tight bellow.

Ladylike cut

Soy fan de las piezas que hacen énfasis en la cintura y aunque pueda ser una preferencia mía, estoy segura de que son súper favorecedoras. Prada, Marc Jacobs y Alexander McQueen parecen estar de acuerdo conmigo jaja, ya que todas incorporaron outfits así en sus colecciones.

I love clothes that emphasize the waist and although it may be a personal preference, I’m sure they are flattering. Prada, Marc Jacobs and Alexander McQueen seem to agree with me haha, since they all incorporated outfits like that in their collections.
