¡Hola, mis amores! ¿Cómo va su fin de semana?

Además de que me encanta la comida, soy culpable también de ser amante de los postres. ¡No me puedo resistir! Por eso, les dejo aquí mi lista de postres favoritos. Solo cuidado, no lean este post con hambre porque se les va a antojar todo haha.

Hello, my loves! How’s your weekend going so far? I love food but I have been proven guilty for loving desserts too. I can’t resist them! That is why I wrote you a list of my favorite ones. Warning: if you read this and are hungry, you will drool over each one of these. LOL.

Matcha Poundcake

En general, amoooo todo lo que tenga matcha. ¡Me encanta! Pero este panque con helado no saben la delicia que es. Lo pueden pedir en el restaurante Kura en la Ciudad de México.

I love matcha everything. This poundcake is served with ice cream and is so delicious. You can find it at Kura Restaurant in Mexico City.

Chocolate Chips Cookies

Parece algo muy sencillo, ¡pero es delicioso! Las mejores las encuentras en Levain Bakery en NY. Si tienen la oportunidad de viajar pronto, deben darse una vuelta y probarlas. ¡Se les hará agua la boca de solo verlas!

They seem so simple, but are super delicious. The best cookies ever are found at Levian Bakery in NYC. If you get the chance to go, please visit this bakery and taste them. You will want to eat them all!

Lemon Ricotta Pancakes

Ya sea como desayuno o como postre, estos pancakes, ¡ufff! Son la gloria. También los encuentras en Nueva York en Sant Ambroeus SoHo. Aquí puedes ver la lista de mis restaurantes favoritos en NY.

You may eat them as breakfast or for dessert, they are wonderful! You will also find the best ones in New York at Sant Ambroeus in SoHo.

Meringue with strawberry

Uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en la Ciudad de México es Contramar. Amo ir a comer ahí porque todo es delicioso, pero entre mis postres preferidos están el merengue con fresa o el pay de higo. De verdad no sé cuál me gusta más. Tendrán que ir a probarlo y decirme cuál es su favorito porque yo no puedo decidirme haha.

One of my favorite restaurants in Mexico City is Contramar. I love eating there because everything is so good, but the best thing here is one of my fave desserts of all times, the meringue with strawberry and also the fig tart. I can’t decide which is my favorite, so you should taste them and get back to me with a decision LOL.

Soufflé o volcán de dulce de leche con helado de plátano

La combinación de temperaturas es lo que hace que este postre sea irresistible. Además, el dulce de leche con el helado de plátano juntos te dan un sabor que no sé cómo describir. ¡Tienen que probarlo! Lo encuentran en La Docena, en la Col. Roma.

The best part of this dessert is when you combine the icecream with the warm cake. You have to taste it! You can find it at La Docena in Colonia Roma.
