Friday! Don´t you love the mere sound of its two syllables? I do, and I do love too that friday is all about fun with friends. Add fashion to it, and you have a F word cocktail!

Today´s post will be about two things that I really love in life; both, pictured somehow with this post.

First Pink. I´m in love with pink since I´m a little girl, and especially fuschia or (Mexican Pink) as it´s called here in Mexico. Second, I also love flowers. Roses, lilies, peonies, camelias, you name it. I just love their colors, their forms, their scents. If you have been to my home, you´ll noticed that I always try to have fresh flowers around. I love how a simple vase with white tulips give a corner so much life. Since my husband was dating me a few years ago, he knew me so well that and I can happily tell you that flowers have always been present in my life. So how can this outfit not be one of my faves? Colorful flowers in the skirt, pink color in the back and you have two of my favorite things in life around.

What I love about this skirt, is that its roomy, comfortable and somehow makes a statement. Add some simple blouse and discrete accesories and you have a very versatile piece in your wardobe. Remember, fashion is all about mixing and matching pieces you like and fit you nice, it´s not about brands and prices, just remember, your best accesory wil always be your smile.

Qué maravilla que es viernes ¿no? Amo que llegue este dia porque significa que porfin llegó el fin de semana para poder relajarnos y disfrutar de esta ciudad que entre semana es una completa y total locura.

En el post de hoy les contaré brevemente sobre dos cosas que me encantan y que estan reflejadas en este outfit. Lo primero es claramente mi affair con el color rosa. Desde chica me a encantado este color, y el rosa mexicano definitivamente es de mis favoritos. Lo segundo pero no menos importante son las flores. Me impactan los colores, diseños y formas que tienen, sin duda creo que Dios es el mejor y más impresionante diseñador. Como me encantan las flores, siempre procuro tener en mi casa algún ramo o arreglo que vistan el espacio y le den vida. Esta falda floreada me cautivó desde que la vi en el aparador. Me la probé pero era un par de tallas más grande, pero como les he contado antes, lo bueno de tener un taller de alta costura en casa es que cualquier prenda se puede arreglar y esta no es la excepción.  

Este look esta perfecto para alguna comida o evento que tengan; es sumamente versátil y también cómodo. Una falda larga es un must que debemos tener en nuestro closet porque es sumamente versátil y combinable. Como esta falda es estampada, decidí combinarla con una blusa lisa y discreta que no robara atención a la pieza principal del look que es sin duda la falda. Accesorios discretos y su sonrisa combinarán perfecto con este outfit veraniego, colorido y muy ad hoc a la temporada.
