It´s tuesday and I´m already overworked and underslept! So today´s post is about and outfit with no compromises that reflect my current mood for the week; casual and comfortable. Comfy jeans, comfy blouse, and comfy sandals.
First of all I´m going to tell you a story that happened to some girl a few years ago. She was invited to go out Thursday night with some friends and grab dinner at a nice Sushi place. She was in the Finals season for the semester and she also was overworked, overstudied and underslept. For that reason, she decided to go out directly from classes to grab dinner with some friends. As she arrived to the restaurant, she saw that the boy she was into was also invited! After more than 12 hours at school, she not only was completely tired but also she hadn´t visited her make up mirror that day. As she got out the shower, she dressed herself up and went to school. She once heared from her mother that it was better to arrive five minutes late and prepared for the occassion than be on time without preparation. So, after spotting Mr. Nice Guy around, she went directly to the bathroom and called for an emergency make-up session with her friends. Five minutes later, she arrived to the table and enjoyed an evening with some friends and with Mr. Nice Guy, who happens to be her husband nowadays.
As I´ve stated before, I truly believe that your smile and some accesories will always be the best details you can add to your outfit; it´s never about price or brands, style is all about attitude, smiles and the little details that always make the difference. By the way, the girl I was talking about it´s me =).

Feliz martes queridos, espero estén teniendo un gran inicio de semana. Yo vengo de tener una semana muy pesada por el trabajo, asi que el sábado decidí quedarme en mi casa y no hacer absolutamente nada mas que descansar para reponerme un poco, jaja. (PJs y playera de mi esposo todo el día)
El look de hoy está inspirado en mi mood actual (casual, cómodo y relajado) No está pensando para ningún evento u ocasión especial, simplemente algo cómodo que puedes usar para salir a comer entresemana, para ir al súper , ir al centrocomercial de compras o ir a trabajar etc…
A veces, no tenemos algo específico para lo cual tengamos que arreglarnos, pero como mi mama bien me decía, no importa si sólo salgo al super o estoy en mi casa, con que yo me vea en el espejo con eso basta.
Asi que procuren siempre estar arregladas nunca saben a quién se pueden encontrar. Hoy les contaré una anécdota sobre esto. Hace varios años, antes de que me hiciera novio del que ahora es mi esposo, salí a cenar con unos amigos. Por mera flojera, decidí no arreglarme ni pintarme mucho; iba de cara lavada! Sin yo saberlo, mis amigos habían invitado al que ahora es mi esposo a la cena, y cuando lo vi , me acuerdo que tuve que huir rápidamente al baño para pintarme y darme una arregladita. Oso total porque mi esposo se dio cuenta, pero más vale cinco cinco minutos tarde a la mesa que una cita sin arreglarse no creen?
Asi que no importa si quieren algo 100% casual; sin importar las marcas y los precios, deben encontrar ropa que las favorezca. Un collar, unos aretes lindos y una sonrisa pueden vestir cualquier outfit y darle ese toque especial que las hará brillar.
