¡Hola, mis amores! ¿Cuántas veces se han parado frente a su clóset y se han preguntado “qué me pongo hoy”? Sí, es muy común que nos pase eso, aunque tengamos el clóset abarrotado de ropa. Para que ya no les pase esto, les escribí este post con mis recomendaciones.

Balancea.

Obvio una siempre buscamos vernos bien y mostrar nuestras mejores cualidades: abdomen, brazos, la cintura o las piernas, y está perfecto, solo debes tomar en cuenta el equilibro. Debes evitar a toda costa usar ropa más grande de la que necesitas, pues eso hará que te veas más grande. Otro consejo muy útil es siempre equilibrar; por ejemplo: si estás usando una bufanda o chamarra o blusa llamativa, opta por unos pantalones negros rectos de un solo tono.

Obviously we always seek to look good and show our best qualities: abs, arms, waist or legs, and that is great but you just have to take into account the balance. You should avoid wearing bigger and baggy clothes at all costs, as that will make you look bigger. Another very useful tip is to always balance; For example, if you're wearing a flashy scarf, jacket or blouse, go for straight black solid-tone pants.

Toma en cuenta tu edad.

Sí, la edad es solo un número, pero también debemos tomarlo en cuenta a la hora de vestir. Si eres de mentalidad “forever young” y te encantan los crop-tops, por ejemplo, ¡úsalos! Pero con una falda de cintura alta o una blusa más larga que se convierta como en una chamarra.  Un error que es muy común es querer aparentar menos edad con la ropa, ¡no lo hagas!, pues lo único que lograrás es el efecto contrario.

Si eres de las que combina la bolsa, los zapatos, el cinturón con la blusa, ¡no! Olvídate de esto. Mejor, esfuérzate por usar colores que realcen entre sí. Un truco para que te salga este estilo perfecto es mirar una rueda de colores simples; los opuestos son los que se complementan. Utiliza accesorios y diferentes texturas para realzar tu look.

Finalmente, haz del espejo tu mejor aliado.

Sí a la blusa blanca.

Siempre elige el blanco más puro, no el que parece marfil, pues puede parecer percudida. A la hora de buscarla, revisa el corte, las mangas, si tiene pinzas o botones. Elige el que mejor te vaya. Eso sí, asegúrate de que las costuras a los hombros estén alineadas y que no haya tirones en la parte delantera o trasera. Para evitar que el blanco se decolore, mejor lávalas en seco.

Mezcla prints y patrones

Lograr que todo quede perfecto es muy fácil: debes apagarte a los colores similares, preferiblemente el mismo tono de fondo. Los lunares con rayas o flores suelen ir bien juntos, por ejemplo. Lo mismo es válido para el estampado de leopardo con un patrón sin bichos o el paisley con cuadros. No te recomiendo usar la pata de gallo y el plaid, pues son muy similares y ambos competirán.

Mix prints and patterns
