Ralph's Coffee... a quiet corner in the city that never sleeps

Fashion week is all about the rush; the rush of the shows, the traffic, the streetstyle photographers chasing their divas... but making some time for a good (and I mean a really good cup of coffee) may be the best decision if you want to make it through the day.

So past week during NYFW, I got to visit Ralph's Coffee Shop, located on the second floor of the Polo Ralph Lauren Flagship Store in 5th Avenue (have you ever heard the saying: "location, location, location"?)... well to be honest, I got to this coffee shop fearful about being let down, you know.  I've learned to drink coffee from hubs ("the best americano comes from a french press", "no shugar", "cinammon and all those starbucks silly flavors are for coffee that doesn't taste like coffee", "milk is strictly prohibited after lunch")... Well, about the decor in the coffee shop it's 100% instagrammable if you know what I mean... amazing flooring, marble tops, lots of light and then, boom... I got served one of the best capuccinos ever... delicious coffee, just the right amount of foam and milk and by the way, the foam had this sweet flavor... YES, I LOVED my capuccino made in what I'd love to call Mr. Lauren's Coffee shop so as today it's Friday, all I want today is another capuccino from Ralph's Coffee Shop.

Buen viernes queridos, hace tiempo no hacía nada para esta sección donde comparto sobre las cosas que me gustan y disfruto hacer, y hoy les quiero contar que la semana pasada pude ir a un café en NY que se llama Ralphs's Coffe... de ni más ni menos que Ralph Lauren, uno de mis disedañores favoritos.

Ralph Lauren es una persona que admiro en lo personal, familiar y profesional, y sin duda todo, absolutamente todo lo que hace lo hace bien... y este cafecito que está en el segundo piso de su tienda POLO en la Quinta Avenida de Nueva York no es la excepción. Es un lugar precioso desde que entras, con piso perfecto para fotos de Instagram (que hoy cuenta mucho, jejeje), la decoración perfecta con sillas de madera obscura y molduras en blanco (¿Que más pudiera pedir?)... y luego lo mejor... el café. 

Debo confesar que muchas veces uno llega a lugares bonitos y la comida o bebidas decepcionan, pero les quiero contar que el capuchino que me dieron ha sido de los más ricos de mi vida. Con el café delicioso, y con la cantidad exacta de leche y espuma, tomarme una pausa para disfrutarlo fue lo mejor que me pudo pasar durante Fashion Week, jeje. Así que, si se dan una vuelta por NY, no dejen de visitar esta esquinita en la tienda Polo de la quinta avenida... y de pasada, toman una foto bonita y me la comparten.
