Happy Sunday loves. As you noticed from my Instagram and Snapchat (I hope you already follow mas there as pamallier), I went to a little Wine Town in Northern Mexico called Valle de Guadalupe.

As usual, I find it almost impossible to put in a few pictures and words an amazing place such as this... but I hope this review gives you a nice idea of how it looks like //

Buen domingo queridos, hoy les dejo algunas fotos del viaje a Valle de Guadalupe... primero que nada, quiero agradecerles por todas sus recomendaciones, porque además, todos y cada uno de sus mensajes los leo, y siempre me encanta saber que hay toda una familia que me quiere y me guía cuando no se a donde ir a comer rico, jajaja.

Encuentro Guadalupe

Eco-friendly villas in the middle of a beautiful mountain. No dinner available, and 45+ minute waiting time to get the shuttle for your villa... but the view is totally worth it. // Solo por la vista regresaría... pero un servicio que casi me hizo llorar de lo malo, jaja.

Cuatro Cuatros

Glamping in adorable tents. Everything is beautiful about this place, and the the having oceanview and vineyards in the same hotel is an absolute blast. // Son pocas tiendas de campaña con vista al mar y con viñedos como jardín... bajo el concepto de "glamping" este hotel es una joya.

Bruma

Mist: in Spanish, this hotel is absolutely beautiful, definitely in my bucket list. // Como en todo Valle, durante la mañana la niebla llega y le da nombre a este hotel. Como todo en Valle de Guadalupe, es rústico pero con detalles preciosos.

Where to Eat

My favorite: Deckman's. Everything is cooked in this open-air coal BBQ. I had the best veggies ever and the view to die for. Make your reservation as this place has a lot of people on waiting list. Second favorite Finca Altonzano and third, Laja, which by the way, has more than 16 years as on of Valle's finest//

Ya saben que parte importantísima para mis viajes siempre es la comida... es algo que disfrutamos Pablo y yo mucho y la verdad gracias a sus recomendaciones pudimos comer delicioso.

Mi favorito (y está dentro de mis favoritos de todo el mundo) es uno que se llama Deckmans... Tiene un asador al aire libre y obviamente todo se cocina ahí al momento... y debo confesarles que ahí comí las verduras más ricas que he probado en toda mi vida. Influye que todo lo que preparan es local, y además orgánico, pero nunca voy a olvidar la comida de ese día. Además, la vista del restaurante está preciosa... y como de la vista nace el amor, me enamoré de este lugar.

Finca Altozano... they made these for me... JK obviously // De la Finca me encantó la comida, pero este pasillo me lo llevé en el corazón.

Laja: 4 course meal in these beautiful house... memorable in every sense // Laja, no se si me gustó más la comida, o la casa donde está el restaurant...

// Por cierto, cuando hice la reservación en Deckman's mencioné que quería tomar fotos para el blog... y me pusieron en un mesa DIVINA... vean la vista!!

What to Do / Que hacer

Valle de Guadalupe is all about food and drinks. There are dozens of vineyards with beautiful houses where you can try their own wine with delicious bread and cheese, so I hope you work out a lot and make room for those extra cals, haha. Delicious food, amazing views and breathtaking vineyards... yeah, thats Valle de Guadalupe in a nutshell.
