Dolce in the Jungle...

You know, what I've always loved about fashion magazines is the way they create stories... I always imagine myself with that dress in the desert, with that hat in the beach... so, we decided that during our trip to Tulum, we were going to create some stories for you...
Tulum, for those of you that don't know it, is an amazing place just a few miles south from Cancun. The jungles divides the beach and sea from the mangroves, and of course, there are the cenotes: coves with deep blue waters...
With this backdrops, we decided to shoot this story: Dolce in the jungle: a sexy colorful dress with the palms, and wooden boardwalks of the Tulum resorts. The always inspiring Dolce patterns, the always inspiring color-palette in their sexy dresses, and well, hubs and I giving it a try.
Od course, the big, shades, the colorful headband, and the light lipstick to give the look a more dinner-date feel...

Buenas noches mis queridos. Hoy les dejo este editorial que decidimos hacer Pablo y yo mientras estábamos en Tulum.
Les voy a confesar algo: compro revistas de moda desde que tengo 8 años, y por supuesto, la parte que más me gustaba siempre fue la parte de las historias. Esos editoriales que me hacían soñar, imaginar, y volar... esos lugares exóticos y contrastantes que me hacían siempre imaginarme que estaba ahí... viéndolo todo.
Dicho lo anterior, decidimos hacer para ustedes esta historia... una de selva y caminos de madera entre los árboles. Por supuesto, con los colores y estampados de Dolce que tanto amo... vivos, contrastantes y alucinantes. La selva de Tulum, como mucho de la costa del sureste de México, llena de verdes y azules. Plantas, palmas y flores... y por supuesto, cenotes y cuevas llenas de vida e inspiración... como esas revistas que de niña leía y admiraba
Con este vestido entallado que ayuda a cualquiera, unos lentes grandes y coloridos, y por supuesto, una banda en la cabeza para complementar el look.
Bueno, hoy fue una nueva manera de enseñarles mi look... y díganme: les gusta?
