Coat for days...

Happy Tuesday loves!! Today I'm sharing one of my fave looks of the San Francisco Trip...

Weather in San Francisco is a bit silly these days. First day we got sun all day, with just a bit o chilly wind during the evening. Next day we had like the coldest December day for about 8 years (and btw we decided to go cycling...), and for the third day, it was a mix of the two previous days: sun, clouds, chilly wind, showers and sun again changing every fifteen minutes througout the day, haha.

I've always thought that when you have your chest and your feet warm, most of the body keeps warm, and after these pictures, I can confirm you that. I paired these over the knee boots with this beautiful faux-fur coat and some black shorts... did I had a bit of cold? No... obviously, this outfit can't be used on Chicago, hehe, but for the crazy weather in San Francisco, it was all right. I loved the combination of the brown boots, black shorts (neutrals) and the pop of yellow from the coat, FYI, the whole look is availableat the Lemon Chic store.

The shades are from Vogue Eyewear a brand that this year had the beautiful Adriana Lima in their campaign. Their 2016 line-up is amazing, so I you're in need of shades you should check them out.

Well, this was the first time I used over the knee boots (OTK), and I must say even that I'm 5'4, I loved them on me... I must say that I was a bit afraid, but, of course there's always the first time for everything.

Buen jueves queridos!! ¿Qué tal su dia de Reyes ayer? Por cierto, a mi me salió el muñequito, jaja y me va a tocar llevar los tamales el próximo 2 de febrero...  y además, debo confesarles que corté una rebanada miniatura porque estoy intentando no comer nada de harinas (propósito de 2016, jaja) pero bueno, una tasa de chocolatito caliente y una mini rebanadita fueron mi cena ayer.

Hoy les voy a platicar un poco sobre otro outfit que usé cuando estuve en San Francisco la semana pasada. Todo está disponible enLemon Chic, y debo decirles que al final de las fotos me dio un poco de frío porque empezó a llover, jaja. Yo tengo una teoría sobre la temperatura del cuerpo: siempre y cuando los pies y el pecho estén calientitos, todo lo demás se conserva, y aunque este día traía shorts, la verdad es que estuve bastante agusto. Las botas altas me mantuvieron calientes las piernas, y por supuesto este abrigo delicioso que me fascinó desde que lo vi en el aparador. Aunque son varios tonos, como todos menos el amarillo son de los básicos neutrales, la combinación me gustó (y espero que a ustedes también jaja).

Los lentes son de una marca que se llama Vogue Eyewear que recientemente lanzó una colaboración con la supermodelo Adriana Lima y estan inspirados en ella. Tienen de varios colores y formas y con unos estampados floreados en la parte de adentro (listos para semana santa 2016, jaja) . Yo escogí color negro porque ya me conocen, el 50% de mi clóset es negro (o más, jaja).

Antes de despedirme les doy una de mis confesiones: esta fue la primera vez que me atreví a usar botas arriba de la rodilla. Tenía miedo de usarlas porque la verdad es que soy bajita... mido 1.65, y mi miedo era verme todavía más bajita por las botas tan altas... pero la verdad es que siempre hay una primera vez y me encantaron como se me ven... claro, si midiera 1.78 se me verían mejor, jaja, pero como dicen por ahí, de lo bueno, poco!
